When Whole Numbers are divided, those Whole Numbers must first be changed to Improper Fractions.

Invert the "divided by" Fraction.

The Numerators are then Multiplied and the Denominators are Multiplied.

Multiplying Fractions with Whole Numbers

Change the Whole Number to an Improper Fraction.

Multiply the Numerators to find the Numerator of the answer.

Multiply the Denominators to find the Denominator of the answer.

If the Proper Fraction can be Reduced, then do so.

If the answer results in an Improper Fraction, then change to a Mixed Number.
